Process

From the Ecuadorian producer to your market

We accompany and control every stage of the process. We do not simply buy and resell cocoa.

  1. 01

    Direct work with farmers

Close, long-term relationships with smallholder farmers in the country's main cocoa-growing regions.

  2. 02

    Reception at collection centers

Cocoa arrives at our centers located near the origin, which reduces lead times and preserves quality.

  3. 03

    Initial quality assessment

Each delivery is inspected upon arrival to verify its condition before continuing the process.

  4. 04

    Fermentation and post-harvest handling

We apply fermentation and post-harvest practices aimed at lot consistency and stability.

  5. 05

    Control, grading and lot preparation

Grading, moisture control and lot consolidation according to each customer's requirements.

  6. 06

    Logistics coordination and export

Documentation preparation and logistics coordination for shipment to the destination market.
