History
From agriculture to Ecuadorian cocoa
Global Cocoa emerged from a track record of more than four decades linked to Ecuadorian agriculture and the marketing of agricultural products. That experience led to a progressive specialization in cocoa and its post-harvest processes.
Close work with producer communities was the starting point for developing a network of collection centers located in key production areas, making it possible to receive cocoa close to its origin and strengthen quality control from the moment of intake.
Today the company serves the requirements of international buyers of cocoa beans and derivatives, maintaining its focus on quality, traceability and responsible relationships with producers.
